George Gently proves to be a critical and ratings success

George Gently continued its ratings success with 5.3m people tuning into 'Gently in the Night', the second film of the four part series currently transmitting on BBC1 on Sunday nights. The first film, 'Gently with the Innocents', drew an audience of 5.9m.
