Written by Terry Johnson (acclaimed director of ITV & Company Pictures Cor Blimey and the hit stage version of The Graduate) Not Only ... follows the turbulent partnership of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, the riotously funny double act that re-defined the comedy genre. This affectionate, witty TV film takes us from the pair's small beginnings in London's West End in the '60s, through their rise to bitter stardom, which won them the praise of the world press and the adoration of fans, but forced a wedge between them that wasn't overcome until months before Peter's tragic death in 1995.
