George Faber
George Faber joined the BBC as a production trainee in 1984 and worked as a script editor, producer and executive producer in the Drama Department before becoming Head of Single Drama from 1993 to 1997. In this capacity, Faber was responsible for the entire BBC output of films and plays - some 35 productions each year with an annual budget of £25 million. He was responsible for 13 feature films during that time, including award-winning Antonia and Jane (Beeban Kidron) and Priest (Jimmy McGovern/Antonia Bird), TwentyFourSeven (Shane Meadows), My Son the Fanatic (Hanif Kureishi/Udayan Prasad), Persuasion (Roger Michell), Cold Comfort Farm (John Schlesinger) and Her Majesty Mrs Brown (Jeremy Brock/John Madden).
Over a four year period in the early 1990s Faber was Executive Producer of Screenplay, an annual season of 12 original films for the BBC. During his tenure, the Screenplay productions garnered more than 25 awards at UK and international TV and film festivals. They also helped launch the careers of many of Britain's leading writers and directors, including Danny Boyle, Beeban Kidron, Gillies MacKinnon, Michael Winterbottom and Lucy Gannon.
In 1998 he set up Company Pictures with Charles Pattinson where he has been executive producer on all TV output and producer on the feature films Titanic Town, A Room for Romeo Brass and Morvern Callar.
Charles Pattinson
An assistant director at the Royal Court Theatre in 1984, Charles Pattinson joined the BBC as a production trainee in 1985 and was rapidly promoted to producer in the Drama Department. From 1992 to 1997 he produced a variety of award-winning dramas and single series.
As a producer for BBC Films, Pattinson made the films Bitter Harvest (which he co-wrote with Winsome Pinnock), The Vision Thing, starring Derek Jacobi and Sin Bin, starring Pete Postlethwaite.
From 1994 to 1996, Pattinson produced the highly acclaimed epic 11-hour serial of Peter Flannery's Our Friends In The North. Directed by Stuart Urban, Pedr James and Simon Cellan Jones, the series won 12 major television awards; the Best Serial BAFTA, Prix Europa and Writer's Guild awards.
In 1996 and 1997, Pattinson produced five part series The Lakes, written by Jimmy McGovern and was executive producer for Saigon Baby starring John Hurt and Kerry Fox. He was Executive Producer on Paul Pawlikowski's feature The Stringer starring Anna Friel, which was selected for the 1998 Director's Fortnight at Cannes.
In 1998 he set up Company Pictures with George Faber where he has been executive producer on all TV output and producer on the feature films Titanic Town, A Room for Romeo Brass and Morvern Callar.
Television
Suzan Harrison - Executive Producer
After working as a script editor at the BBC Suzan Harrison became a Development Executive in Drama Serials and in 1996 a Producer and subsequently Executive Producer.
Award winning BBC productions include The Tenant of Wildfell Hall (David Nokes/Anne Bronte), The Ice House (Lizzie Mickery/Minette Walters), Tom Jones (Simon Burke/Henry Fielding), Vanity Fair (Andrew Davies William Thackeray), The Dark Room (Niall Leonard / Minette Walters) and Spoonface Steinberg (Lee Hall). Among productions as Executive Producer for Company Pictures Suzan has been responsible for the range of television drama from The Lakes 2 through North Square to Nicholas Nickleby, Never Never and White Teeth. She produced Sons and Lovers (D H Lawrence/Simon Burke) and Sparkling Cyanide (Agatha Christie/Laura Lamson). Suzan has also produced Tom Brown's Schooldays and Mansfield Park, and executive produced The Rotters Club.
Caroline Leddy - Executive Producer for Comedy
Caroline joined Company from Channel 4 in 2009 where she was commissioning editor for comedy and head of comedy films.
During her time at Channel 4 Caroline was responsible for commissioning shows including The Book Group, Smack the Pony, Trigger Happy TV, Green Wing and The IT Crowd, as well as the Brass Eye paedophilia special and other Chris Morris projects including Nathan Barley.
Caroline is currently developing projects with producer Liz Lewin. Liz's past credits include Teachers, Comedy Lab and Adrian Mole: the cappuccino years.
John Griffin - Executive Producer for Series
John joined Company as an in-house producer having worked on the first five series of Shameless. He script edited the first two series (also writing an episode for series 2), produced Shameless series 3, and series produced Shameless series 4 and 5.
More recently John produced and executive produced Skins 4 and will be executive producer on Skins series 5.
Tom Grieves - Producer
Tom is one of Company's in-house TV Producers. He produced Tough Love and The Glass for Granada Television. Previous to that he was Script Editor on The Bill, Touching Evil, Hornblower and Grafters. Tom has produced Rose and Maloney for Company and written an episode of Serious and Organised. Tom produced Lawless and was creator, lead writer and executive producer of Ghost Squad. Tom was also the creator of The Palace on which he was also lead writer and executive producer.
Matt Jones - Producer
Since joining Company, Matt has developed and produced (or executive produced) over fifty hours of drama, including Shameless, Talk to Me, POW and Serious & Organised.
Eleanor Greene - Producer
Eleanor joined Company as an in-house producer from World Productions where she produced Murder Prevention for Five and Party Animals for BBC2. Eleanor is currently producing The Silence.
Johann Knobel - Producer
Johann joined Company as an in-house producer after producing Shameless 4 in 2006 and Shameless 5 in 2007. More recently he produced and executive produced Inspector George Gently and is currently in pre production for The Shadow Line.
Serena Bowman - Producer
Serena previously worked as a script editor on George Gently, Mansfield Park and Wild at Heart series 1, 2 and 3 and more recently as producer on Wild at Heart series 4 and 5.
Faye Dorn - Script Editor
Faye joined Company in 2004 and works in TV development. In 2006 Faye was part of the Skins creative team and also worked on George Gently, Mansfield Park and Talk to Me. Faye has script edited The Devil's Whore, The Invisibles and Inspector George Gently and is currently script editing The Shadow Line.
Charlotte Essex - Development Assistant
Charlotte joined Company in 2006 and is currently working as Development Assistant.
Film
Robyn Slovo - Head of Film
Robyn Slovo began her career in the theatre as a writer and producer. She started work in film and television as a script editor and reader, before joining the BBC as a Script Editor and then Development Executive for BBC Single Drama.
Following a position at the Sony funded company The Bridge, Robyn became Head of Development at Company Pictures working on projects which include the Shane Meadows films, 24:7 and A Room For Romeo Brass. In 2001, Robyn (with Pattinson and Faber) produced the Lynne Ramsay film Morvern Callar. In 2002 Robyn became Head of Film at Company Pictures. She recently produced Catch a Fire for Working Title.
Willow Grylls - Producer
Willow has been with Company since early 1998. She produced Mischief Night for Company Pictures and an adaptation of Martina Cole's novel The Take. Willow is currently producing The Runaway.
Finance
Richard Nelson - Finance Director
Richard joined Company Pictures in 2000. A Chartered Accountant, previous media employments have included SelecTV plc (Birds of a Feather, Love Hurts, Pie in the Sky) and BBC Drama Series (Eastenders, Casualty, Holby City, Silent Witness).
Robert Smith - Financial Controller
A Chartered Accountant who joined Company Pictures from Baker Tilly's media team in 2003.
Matt Warner - Accounts Assistant
Joined Company Pictures in 2005. Matt previously worked at ISA.

Helen Flint - Head of Production
Helen was a freelance line producer, and also produced Longford before joining Company Pictures as Head of Production.
Business Affairs
Mark Pybus - Head of Business Affairs / Producer
Formerly of media law specialists Marriott Harrison and Head of Business Affairs at Granada Film. Mark has produced Unconditional Love, Uncle Adolf, Wallis & Edward and Einstein & Eddington for Company Pictures. He is currently producing an adaptation of the D H Lawrence novel Women in Love.
Clare Nicholson - Business Affairs Executive
Clare joined Company from All3Media where she was Business Affairs Executive.

Janine Spikings - Office Manager
Janine joined Company from the MAMA Group in 2008.
Drew Craven - Managing Directors' PA
Drew joined Company in 2007 and is PA to George Faber, Charles Pattinson and Suzan Harrison.

Katie joined Company in 2008 and assists the UK Production Co-ordinator with Company productions.
