Suppliers and Due Diligence

Company Pictures is committed to running our business responsibly and to ensuring that no form of modern slavery or human trafficking occurs in any part of our operation or supply chain.

The core business of Company Pictures is the production of television content. We are not aware of any issues of modern slavery or human trafficking in our operation or supply chain.  All3Media Group carried out a risk assessment of key categories of suppliers across the group with input from Company Pictures and as a result of that assessment and the nature of our operation, we consider that the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain to be low.

Company Pictures expects all third parties with which we deal to observe this commitment and to comply with all local laws and regulations including in relation to modern slavery, human trafficking and anti-bribery and corruption.

Policy

All3Media Group is preparing a Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking policy to be approved by its board and which will apply to all persons working for or providing services to any member of the All3Media group including, without limitation, all employees, directors, officers, agency workers, consultants, contractors and agents.
