Jonathan joined Company Pictures in August 2015. He is currently executive producing Midsomer Murders. He script-edited Series 9 of Lewis for ITV, and prior to that was Head of Development at Dominic Minghella’s company, Island Pictures. Production credits at Island include The Scapegoat for ITV. He read Russian at Oxford University.
Since joining Company from the BBC in 2011, Claire has executive produced Shameless, two series of Inspector George Gently, Wild At Heart’s final Christmas Special and Sky1’s family Christmas drama event Moonfleet.
At the BBC, she was Executive Producer on Inspector George Gently, Waterloo Road and New Tricks. She previously worked as an independent film and drama producer with her own label Red Room Films, and as Associate Producer/Head of Development for Impossible Pictures, having started her career as a producer/director and writer at Granada Television.
Head of Development
Serena previously worked as a Script Editor on Einstein and Eddington, Inspector George Gently, Mansfield Park.
She script edited the first three series of Wild at Heart before becoming Series Producer on series 4 and 5, and the Christmas Special, and Story Producer on series 7.
Previously our Head of Digital, Adam now works as Development Editor for Company Pictures.
Development Script Editor
Abi joined Company in 2012 and works in TV Development.
After starting as a runner at Company in 2014, Annie is now part of the TV Development team.
Ellie joined Company Pictures in September 2015 as an office runner and moved onto the Development Team in 2016.

Wendy joined Company Pictures in 2012.
Babita joined Company Pictures in 2014.

Head of Legal and Business Affairs
Lisa qualified in to the SJ Berwin Media team and joins Company from The Agency where she was formerly Head of Business Affairs.
Business Affairs Executive
Clare joined Company from All3Media in 2006 where she was also Business Affairs Executive.
Clare previously worked in the legal team for Chrysalis TV Group and prior to that in the legal teams at the Millennium Dome and English Heritage.
The most recent addition to the team, Carmen joined the Company in October 2016.
Solution 3 Productions
Judy Counihan is Chief Executive Officer of Solution 3 Productions.
Before setting up her own label in 2015, she spent five years at Objective Productions, where she was Head of Drama and Film and produced FRESH MEAT for Channel 4.
Judy previously produced two series of COMING UP at IWC and executive produced the award-winning Channel 4 series CAST OFFS. Before that she was Executive Producer for Drama at SMG, working on shows like REBUS and GOODBYE MR CHIPS. For Century Films she executive produced FALLING APART and BELLA AND THE BOYS.
Judy began her career in features and, among other films, produced two Academy Award winners, ANTONIA’S LINE and NO MAN’S LAND.
Judy was also the Director of Film at Skillset, where she oversaw the implementation of “A Bigger Picture” for the UK Film Council.
Kathryn Castles is the Development Executive at Solution 3 Productions.
Kathryn started in the industry as an agent’s assistant at United Agents before becoming a freelance script editor for film and TV, working for a wide range of companies, funding bodies, writers and directors, in the UK and abroad. Some of the feature films she has worked on are THE FALLING, MANDELA: THE LONG WALK TO FREEDOM, UNLOCKED and FEAR ME NOT. She worked in-house for the Drama and Film Department at Objective Productions before joining Solution 3 in 2015.
Amy Reith is the Development Coordinator at Solution 3 Productions.
Amy began her career at Bedlam Productions as Office Manager and Production Assistant before becoming their Development Coordinator for TV and Film. During her time at Bedlam she worked across both TV and feature dramas and documentaries, including the award-winning KAJAKI: THE TRUE STORY (KILO TWO BRAVO). While there she freelanced as a script reader for several international companies. She also writes film and TV reviews and articles for online publications.
