John joined Company from the BBC in 2013 where he was Controller of BBC Drama Production.
As both Head of Channel Four Drama and Controller of BBC Drama Production John has worked on popular prime time series such as Hustle, Spooks, Casualty and Holby City alongside award-winning drama such as Bodies, Omagh, Sex Traffic, Not Only But Always and The Curse of Steptoe.
He began his television career story-lining EastEnders in its first BAFTA winning year – beginning a fourteen year association that produced some of the biggest audiences in British television history
As a commissioning Editor/Executive Producer, he has championed many shows including Life on Mars, The Street, Shameless and Waterloo Road. He has also been Editor of long-running radio soap The Archers.
In 2005 John created the BBC Writers Academy, training a generation of new writers for television.
Since joining Company from the BBC in 2011, Claire has executive produced Shameless, two series of Inspector George Gently, Wild At Heart’s final Christmas Special and Sky1’s family Christmas drama event Moonfleet.
At the BBC, she was Executive Producer on Inspector George Gently, Waterloo Road and New Tricks. She previously worked as an independent film and drama producer with her own label Red Room Films, and as Associate Producer/Head of Development for Impossible Pictures, having started her career as a producer/director and writer at Granada Television.
Faye was part of the Skins creative team and writers room. She has since script edited such shows as Inspector George Gently, The Devil’s Whore, Wild at Heart and The Shadow Line.
Faye produced Inspector George Gently 6 and most recently the new BBC1 series Truckers.
Head of Development
Serena previously worked as a Script Editor on Einstein and Eddington, Inspector George Gently, Mansfield Park.
She script edited the first three series of Wild at Heart before becoming Series Producer on series 4 and 5, and the Christmas Special, and Story Producer on series 7.

Elliott joined Company in 2010 and works in TV development.
Jess joined Company in 2010 and works in TV development.
Jennifer joined Company in 2012 and works in TV development.
Head of Production
Cahal joined Company in 2014 having been a Line Producer for 14 years, both within the BBC and for the last 5 years as a Freelancer working mostly for Kudos, where he did extensive work on their development projects.
He also worked on productions such as The Tunnel, The Hour, Spooks & Hustle.
Emily joined Company Pictures in 2014 and works across all Company productions.
Cat joined Company in 2011 and assists the Production Manager for Company productions.
Head of Online
Adam joined Company in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing all online content, including online drama, behind the scenes/EPK and additional programme support materials and social media activity for Company programmes.
Head of Finance
Wendy joined Company Pictures in 2012.
Babita joined Company Pictures in 2014.
Joined Company Pictures in 2005. Matt previously worked at ISA.
Head of Legal and Business Affairs
Lisa qualified in to the SJ Berwin Media team and joins Company from The Agency where she was formerly Head of Business Affairs.
Business Affairs Executive
Clare joined Company from All3Media in 2006 where she was also Business Affairs Executive.
Clare previously worked in the legal team for Chrysalis TV Group and prior to that in the legal teams at the Millennium Dome and English Heritage.
Office Management & Co-ordination
After 7 years in the lighting industry for TV and Film, Ceren has joined Company as our Office Manager.
PA to Managing Director
Vicky joined Company in 2010 as our Receptionist.
Following a short break in 2012 to travel the globe she returned in 2013 as PA to John Yorke.

Abi joined Company in 2012 and runs Reception.
